Yoga Alignment, Modifications and Props workshop is on Saturday April 13th 2013 at 1:30pm
Allowing you to feel your best in Yoga postures
You will gain knowledge of universal body alignment principles, modifications, and the use of props to feel your personal best in yoga postures regardless of flexibility level, limitations or injuries. Several common yoga postures will be covered as well as any others that come up in the workshop. Each person’s body is different. This workshop will allow for one on one adjustments and plenty of time to understand the mechanics of a pose, which is sometimes not covered in regular classes. Anyone is welcome and will benefit from this workshop whether a long time yoga practitioner or a first time student who is unsure about starting in a class.

Held at 42 Merrick Road Amityville, on the second floor (same building as my office) at Yoga Anand Ashram where I teach yoga.
